SSC’s global network was designed specifically to provide comprehensive telecom-graded communications and ground support to Earth-orbiting satellites.
The Ground Network comprises core SSC-owned stations and collaborative partner ground stations strategically located around the world. Each ground station is unique in its characteristics with overlapping capabilities allowing stations to collaborate to offer anything from customized solutions to global tracking network applications. The ground stations are operated 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

This network is controlled and monitored by Network Management Centers with locations in Sweden and the US.
All ground station services are accessible 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our global network of ground stations is constantly evolving with new locations and capabilities to provide our services wherever our customers are. We are evaluating the latest technology and implementing field trials with a selection of our customers for later commercial launches.
Mission Establishment Services
For the pre-mission and pre-launch phases, we work in close cooperation with our customers to define the mission requirements and implement a ground segment solution that is a true match for the mission.
At the end our customers will have a fully validated turnkey solution that works completely from a technical and operational perspective.
