As a part of our Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in commissioning services, ensuring service performance assurance, and managing the lifecycle of contracts.   • Be the point of contact for customers
  • Create and deliver reports internally and externally
  • Review service performance on customer contracts and initiate internal actions as needed
  • Ticket handling and customer information.
  • Follow up on incidents occurring related to the service, and escalate if needed
  • Periodical Service Reviews and follow-up on action plan
  • Identify scope and maintain the defined trajectory
  • Participate and support in projects



Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in science and experience managing customers and contracts for technology-focused services 

Language: Excellent English is a requirement for both verbal and written

You have experience and feel comfortable in a customer-facing environment. Would define yourself as a highly organized and structured person with a good understanding of technical systems. Being a fast learner is your second nature.
