As an IT Workplace Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our digital workplace services function optimally.    

You will work with development, operations, support and improvement of our Digital Workplace platforms such as Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, IAM, Print, Video, Endpoint management (SCCM/Intune) and Endpoint security. Your responsibilities include 

  • Group Policies
  • User rights management
  • Hardware imaging and certification
  • Application packaging and distribution
  • Patching of endpoints and software
  • IT Workplace security and hardening
  • Printing solutions
  • Troubleshooting 
  • Documentation
  • Ticket management (incidents, service requests, changes etc.)
  • Leading/participating in different IT projects

Together with great colleagues you will collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to stay on top of everything ranging from new technology and development to end user support. Everything with security in mind. 


We believe you are an ambitious and service-minded person that enjoys working both in a team and individually. From previous experiences you have a proven track record of designing, implementing and supporting workplace solutions that offer great user experience without compromising on security. You are innovative and curious about new technology and ways of working.  

Professionally, we believe you have:  

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge within Microsoft 365 including SCCM, Intune, Azure AD, Windows AD, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Information Protectionand Defender Suite
  • Broad IT background with a deep understanding of IT terminology, technical domains and ITSM processes 
  • Experience in working with video systems and conference technique 
  • Experience in scripting and automation 
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken  
  • Passion about your job – your systems, your colleagues and your users
  • Drive to take responsibility and own initiatives
  • Ability to learn and process technical details quickly

This is a permanent full-time position based out of Solna or Kiruna.
