Mission Operations

Our service portfolio covers all operational mission phases from the ops concept definition and operations preparation to decommissioning, including LEOP, commissioning, routine and special operations. Our expertise encompasses all types of missions: earth observation, scientific, interplanetary, astronomy, telecommunications, navigation and manned spaceflight.

Operations Execution

We offer support for LEOPs, commissioning, routine operations, end-of-life activities, and operations including anomaly handling and resolution. Our teams manage both satellite and ground segment operations, including the operations of secure systems. We provide 24/7 services, whenever feasible using a cost efficient multi-mission approach.

Operations Engineering

We provide comprehensive support across the entire operations spectrum, encompassing the definition of operations concepts and system requirements, integration and validation of the ground segment, preparation for operations, personnel training, simulations, and operations execution.

Simulations and training

We offer tailored training courses in all aspects of satellite operations drawing upon our 35 years of operations experience. Our experienced simulation officers deliver training to complete flight control teams – covering both manned and unmanned missions – by orchestrating realistic nominal and contingency scenarios within a control room environment.
