- We also believe that you have a university degree in technology and IT or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Atlassian platform, specifically Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Understanding of modern project management practices and workflows.
- Training, support, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Atlassian plugin development.
- Ability to align and combine the values of both Atlassian and Microsoft ecosystems for best-fit solutions.
- It is an advantage if you have experience with IT and cybersecurity frameworks and have worked in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
As application specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our Atlassian environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our Atlassian solutions meet their specific needs and enhance our overall productivity and efficiency. Your expertise will help us create a seamless and user-friendly digital workspace that empowers our employees to collaborate, share information, and achieve their goals.You design, introduce, and support various solutions with special responsibility for our Atlassian environment. You will also lead the Atlassian Governance group.
Main Tasks
As the SSC Space application specialist within Atlassian, you will:
- Manage and support the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Rovo AI and others. This includes design, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and enhancing tool functionality to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain spaces, custom automations, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and reports within the tools. This involves designing and implementing workflows that align with business processes and industry best practices.
- Provide end-user training and create user documentation to ensure smooth operation of Atlassian tools. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and suggesting system enhancements.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless information flow across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and implement performance improvements as necessary. This includes troubleshooting technical issues and upgrading tools if necessary.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our IT environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian developments and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian access, permissions, and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
- Participate in and lead IT projects related to the area.

LOCATION
The position is located either in Kiruna or in Solna and may involve some limited and plannable travel. The position is organized in the IT Workplace & Collaboration Services team within Group IT.
