Why did you start working at SSC?
I found the ad for the role as HR-Administrator, which was a perfect fit for me and when I read about SCC as a company, I found it very interesting and exciting. Working at a space company wasn’t my first thought of business but now I can’t imagine working somewhere else.
What are you doing in your current role?
At SSC I work with administrative tasks within HR, payroll and external/internal communication. I’m also responsible for on- and off-boarding of all employees in Sweden, working with a lot of HR statistics and is driven to make HR administration more efficient.
What sort of projects are you working on now?
Currently I’m highly involved in the ERP implementation project which is planned to go live 1st of April. This means that a big information system that handles finance and HR will be replaced by a more modern system.

What makes you passionate about your work?
What I enjoy most is the communication and contact with all of my great colleagues and answer questions regarding payroll and HR.
How would you describe SSC as an employer?
SSC as an employer is very responsible and takes a lot of care of their employees. Even though I have only worked at SSC for a short time, I feel a lot of trust from the company both in my work but also in my personal development.
