We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to our Ground Systems team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

Ground Systems is responsible of maintenance and troubleshooting of our antenna systems and other technical systems available for receiving and processing satellite data. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for several systems where your role is to manage and adjust the systems to meet our customers’ requirements. 

In this role you will take part in different projects both internally and externally towards our customers. You will successively develop and gain a deeper knowledge within your areas and we will support you with necessary training. This position comprises to work outside, climbing in the antennas at high altitudes. 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for you who enjoy a flexible role where you are responsible to plan your days. You have a good judgement and take own initiatives. You have a technical background either by formal education or experience working in a technical field. It is seen as an extra merit if you have experience and knowledge in control engineering, metrology and/or electronics.

Your personal qualities will be critical for our success, which means that we are willing to train and develop the right person with less experience. Most important is your mindset, business acumen and to enjoy a position with a lot of responsibility.
