Operations Support Engineer

Through the efforts of our 600 employees around the world, we provide specialized competence in design, test, launch and operation of space and air systems. The satellite Management Services Division provides satellite operations and satellite communications services using a network of SSC and partner stations worldwide as well as consultancy services.

As Operations Support Engineer your role will be to develop methodology for capacity management and reporting. As well as being responsible for performing capacity and loading analysis to support business development and to ensure there is sufficient capacity to meet the forecasted demand.

  • Conflict mitigations
  • Conflict and Loading analysis
  • Capacity planning and analysis
  • Security support



We are looking for you who are reliable, trustworthy and can easily maneuver and communicate with different kinds of personalities. You have an eye for details, and a drive to provide excellence trough a result driven approach. You are fluent in English as we operate in an international environment. To thrive in the role as Operations Support Engineer, you also have the ability to take lead on, and solve complex situations.

We also believe you have:

  • A bachelor's degree within a technical field or corresponding experience
  • Experience in working with the ITIL framework
  • Have deep understanding of Capacity Management
  • This is a security classified position and therefore a Swedish citizenship is required
