Group Security & Resilience is responsible for Security Management, Resilience Management, Export Control and Quality for all SSC Group.
The team has a collaborative workstyle and supports each other to deliver a professional, open and transparent risk-based security & resilience governance throughout the whole value chain.
Requirements
As Senior Security Officer in Group Security & Resilience you are the expert in Physical Security and top node for all physical security related questions and concerns.
Main responsibility for leading and supporting in the Physical Security domain, including but not limited to:
- Developing and ensuring internal requirements in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting, remitting and communicating internal steering and supporting documents.
- Driving global Physical Security forum.
- Follow up implementation in the Business Areas.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Support colleagues in other Security and Resilience domains in scope of the Group Function.
Responsibilities
You bring solid experience within Physical Security and are comfortable taking ownership of the domain in a global context. With a strong understanding of security operations, you are able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed.Working in complex environments comes naturally, and you remain calm under pressure. Prioritization, planning and structure are strengths, enabling you to make sound judgments even when conditions change or time is limited.
As a colleague, high integrity and reliability are a given. Collaboration comes easily, and you contribute with energy, curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas, while staying flexible as circumstances evolve.

Fluency in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing, is a requirement for this role.
