SERA-1 was successfully launched on May 7, 2014 at 13:10 UTC.
The rocket reachead an altitude of approximately 5 km and the impact occurred within the A-zone.
The payload was recovered and back at Esrange at 14:37 UTC.
SERA-1 (Supersonic Experimental Rocket ARES) is a one-stage rocket propelled by a CESARONI PRO98-6G Green3 commercial engine. All the other parts of the rocket are made by students.
