European Space Agency's technical director and head of ESA technical centre in theNetherlands, Mr. Michel Courtois, together with his colleagues Mr. Tobias and Mr. Teston visits NanoSpace inUppsala. During their stay inUppsala, a visit is also done to the Micro Structure Laboratory which is part of the Ångström laboratory and where NanoSpace performs most of its development and manufacturing work.
The guests from ESA got some "hands on" experience from testing the NanoSpace flow control valves under development for PRISMA's micropropulsion system. The picture below is from this actual testing. The test is supported by NanoSpace engineer Maria Björklund and NanoSpace chairman of the board, Mr.Gierth Olsson is overlooking the event.
