The campaign work of MASER 12 has now advanced to the Dress Rehearsal. The Dress Rehearsal started already yesterday afternoon with delivery and preparation of the biological blood samples from blood donors in Kiruna.
The campaign work of MASER 12 has today, 10 February, advanced to the Dress Rehearsal, which is carried out at the exact time of the day (or morning rather) as the hot count-down. The Dress Rehearsal started already the afternoon before with delivery and preparation of the biological blood samples from blood donors in Kiruna.
With the successful completion of the Dress Rehearsal, the go-ahead for hot count-down can be given at the Flight
Readiness Review on Friday afternoon.
First possible launch date will hence be Saturday 11 Feb, provided the weather conditions are favourable.
The temperature has chuted from -40 to -10 C the past days, which makes life more agreable at Esrange Space Center.
Yesterday, 9 February, during our rehersal, we had a visit from the Swedish Astronaut Christer Fuglesang.
